Facility Overview:

The Wall Business & Trades Incubator is a purpose-designed 7,152-square-foot facility engineered to the diverse needs of trades-based and service-based entrepreneurs. With large shop bays, flex bays, office spaces and shared shop and conference room spaces.

    • Common workspace with shared tools and equipment
    • Available for all tenants — reduces individual startup costs

Three-Level Participation Structure

Our incubator supports entrepreneurs at every stage—from idea to expansion—by providing
workspace, training, and business guidance.

Tier 1 – Startup Exploration

  • Designed for individuals with a business idea who are just getting started. 
  • Participants receive the highest level of support, including mentorship, business training, and reduced rent. 
  • No prior business ownership or formal business plan is required.

Tier 2 – Early Business Growth

  • For businesses actively operating and less than three years old. 
  • Participants receiving support in marketing, financial management, scaling operations, and reduced rent. 
  • Ideal for small businesses and trade startups building revenue and refining operations.

Tier 3 – Expansion & Stability

  • For established or rapidly growing businesses preparing to expand. 
  • Participants lease space at market rate with a one-year lease and renewal or rent-to-own options. 
  • Businesses at this stage typically have stable revenue, established financial records, and plans to hire, expand facilities, or enter new markets.
