Wall Economic Development Corporation

The City of Wall has established a 501(c) 6 Economic Development Corporation that will facilitate the ability to sell public property for the purpose of economic development per SD codified law. Wall Economic Development Corporation has established an industrial/business park in the city and is in the process of marketing the park and city for business expansion and development. They also provide local incentives like the relocation incentive for workforce and an incentive based on a discretionary formula. This incentive works as a property tax abatement, essentially waiving the taxes for five years.
