Originally developed in 2019, Elevate Rapid City brought together the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development organizations in order to ensure that Rapid City and the Black Hills region are at their best with an emphasis on economy and small businesses. The organization works to improve job opportunities and professionalism in the area.
