Industrial Park
On September 15, 2022, the Wall Industrial Park was presented with the Light Industrial Park Certification from the South Dakota Governor’s Office of Economic Development. The benefits of being certified include reaching a broader span of potential buyers. A South Dakota Certified Site also mitigates the risks associated with development by providing detailed information about the site including price and availability, utilities, access, and environmental assessments. The construction of infrastructure in the Industrial Park is set to be completed this fall.
