MEMBER SERVICE & SALES SPECIALIST
Description
The Member Service and Sales Specialist assists customers with billing inquiries, new service requests, service plan questions, plan changes, concerns, and more. High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of customer service or sales/marketing experience required.
Success in this position requires excellent communication skills,
accurate organization, and a can-do attitude. Must work on-site in Wall or Mission, SD, and be willing to travel as needed.
