Description
The IT Technician I provides technical support for coworkers with computers, applications, peripherals, and everything in between. This role creates and manages user accounts, deploys devices, troubleshoots IT-related issues, and more.
Success in this position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration. Must work on-site at a Golden West office in Rapid City or Wall, SD, with some day and occasional overnight travel required. Must participate in after-hours and on-call support on a rotational basis.
Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities
Some of the duties of this position include:
• troubleshoot laptops, computers, and other devices.
• create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
• assist with onboarding setup and train staff on new software or hardware.
• create technical how-to documentation for IT staff and end users.
• participate in on-call and after-hours support rotations.
